Executive Committee
The firm's internal operations are the responsibility of the Executive Committee. This group, which represents every major responsibility in the firm, is the most representative and diverse management committee the firm has ever had. It was assembled to provide at least one—and in most cases, several—different connections to each individual in the firm. The group meets at least quarterly to oversee all aspects of the firm’s strategy, business performance, culture and values. In addition to the functional administrative, regional, client and practice management positions, the group also includes individuals representing the major initiative areas of quality, partnership and innovation.
