The Heidrick & Struggles Reporting Hotline is available 24 hours per day, seven days a week for reports from employees, clients and others involved with Heidrick & Struggles. The Reporting Hotline provides an anonymous and confidential mechanism through which to report:

• Questionable accounting or auditing matters
• Potentially illegal practices and/or dangerous situations
• Unethical acts
• Securities law violations
• Fraud against shareholders, clients, vendors or employees of Heidrick & Struggles

The Reporting Hotline is staffed by an outside firm with operators trained to collect information for a formal report. All reports are sent directly to our Chief Legal Officer. To report a matter on an anonymous basis, callers are assigned a report number so that they may call back after a specified period to receive an update on the handling of the matter. Interpreters are available for callers who prefer to make a report in a language other than English.
