McHugh Appointed Partner-In-Charge of Investor Relations at Heidrick & Struggles

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1999--Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq:HSII), one of the world's leading executive search firms, announced the appointment of Lynn L. McHugh as Partner-In-Charge of Investor Relations. Ms. McHugh, based in Chicago, will be the company's primary liaison to the investment community.

Ms. McHugh has nearly 15 years of investor relations experience. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was Vice President, Investor Relations with Snap-on Incorporated. Before her tenure at Snap-on, she had served as Director, Investor Relations at Sara Lee Corporation.

Ms. McHugh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and a Master of Management, finance, with distinction, from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. She is a member of the board of directors of the National Investor Relations Institute, and a member of the Chicago Finance Exchange.
