Heidrick & Struggles Announces CFO's Intention to Leave Company
CHICAGO, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/-- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII), the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm, today announced that Donald M. Kilinski, Chief Financial Officer, plans to leave the company at year-end.
"Heidrick & Struggles is grateful to Don for his many contributions during his tenure with us. He has played a crucial role in guiding this company through numerous notable changes that have had massive implications for our finance function and infrastructure: the merger of Heidrick & Struggles and Heidrick & Struggles International into one global entity, our initial public offering and the subsequent follow-on offering. Perhaps most importantly, he has built a proactive and high-caliber worldwide finance team," said Piers Marmion, Chief Executive Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International. "Having given so much over the past four years and having helped the firm navigate through so much change, Don believes this is an opportune time to step out of his role as CFO and return to his native New York. I respect Don's decision and wish him well. He will be successful in whatever professional path he chooses, of that I am quite certain."
Kilinski, who joined Heidrick & Struggles as CFO in December 1997, will remain with the company through year-end or for as long as is needed to ensure a smooth transition with his successor has been accomplished. A search has been initiated for his replacement.
