Heidrick & Struggles Names New Independent Director To Its Board
CHICAGO, May 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (Nasdaq: HSII), the world's premier executive search and leadership consulting firm, today announced it has named Frederic V. Salerno to its Board of Directors.
Salerno, 59, is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Verizon Communications, the global communications services provider. He retired from Verizon in 2002 following 37 years of service to the business, including numerous executive leadership roles. Currently, Salerno is Chairman of Lynch Interactive Corporation.
