Through the Heidrick & Struggles Cross-border China Talent Initiative, we identify and assess global executives for possible placement in global companies expanding in China, and in Chinese companies expanding elsewhere in the world.

To qualify for participation in this project, you must have:

  • A strong track record of success in middle- to executive-level assignments for multi-national corporations
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with native-level fluency a plus
  • A desire to help companies expand in China, or to help Chinese companies expand worldwide
