Lauren M. Doliva, PhD is currently managing partner of The Chief Advisor Network, and a member of the firm's Private Equity, CEO & Board of Directors, and Chief Human Resources Officers practices. She is based in the firm's San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lauren spent three years at Lucasfilm, Ltd. working with the corporate entity as well as emerging divisions such as Pixar, the Droid Works, Sprocket Systems and ILM.

She has been recognized by a number of publications including the "Global 200 Executive Recruiters" as one of the industry's top recruiters. She currently serves on the board of The Oxbow School, the Health Technology Center, and the advisory board for the Silicon Valley Association for Startup Entrepreneurs. For the last six years, she has been honored as one of the "Most Influential Women in Business" by the San Francisco Business Times.

Lauren's doctorate was awarded by the University of California, Berkeley in counseling psychology, earned while serving as clinical psychology staff intern at Children's Hospital (San Francisco), University of California, Los Angeles Public Health Department, and Kaiser Hospital (Oakland). She received her master of arts in teaching from Harvard University and her bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
