Before joining Heidrick & Struggles' Lisbon office, Rafael Mora was a partner with a Portuguese executive search firm, where he was responsible for business development.
Rafael specializes in the development of senior-level assignments within Portugal, with a focus on the areas of professional services, consumer goods, distribution, media and information technology.
Prior to his search career, Rafael spent nine years at Andersen Consulting, where he was partner-in-charge of the strategy and change management services in Portugal. During this time, he became a specialist in the areas of strategic business consulting, change management and strategic information planning.
Rafael speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English.
