Mariana Branquinho is partner-in-charge of Heidrick & Struggles Lisbon having assumed this position at the beginning of 2012. Mariana focuses in executive search and leadership advisory services, working in the financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, media and information technology sectors.
As to the executive search work, Mariana has developed several projects for senior management roles from board leven positions - including non-executive board members - to managing directors and first line directors. She also developed leadership advisory projects including talent management, assessment of senior executives, among others.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mariana lived 2 years in the United States where she worked for a small consulting office in Los Angeles, specializing in finance and legal advisory. She previously worked for Procter & Gamble in Portugal as controller. Mariana started her career with Price Waterhouse in Portugal, working as auditor in their audit department.
