Michele Heid is a senior partner with the Philadelphia office of Heidrick & Struggles. She is a core member of the firm's CEO & Board of Directors and Financial Officers practices. Michele led the North American Financial Officers Practice for eight years and the global Financial Officers Practice for three years.
Prior to her executive search career, Michele served as the corporate controller for Raytheon Company, a $25 billion multi-national electronics manufacturer based in Lexington, Massachusetts. Prior to Raytheon, Michele spent 20 years with Cummins Engine Company in a variety of financial and operations positions ranging from vice president of investor relations & strategic planning to the CFO of a $600 million manufacturing operation. Michele has extensive experience with the investment community and has participated in debt and equity offerings in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Michele has held past positions with the board of advisors for Indiana University, the Vanderbilt Roundtable and the Indiana Council for the Arts.
