Stephanie Goldsmith is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Heidrick & Struggles, and a core member of the firm’s global Financial Officers, Consumer and Private Equity practices. Stephanie focuses on chief financial and chief executive officer assignments for private equity backed companies, predominantly in the middle market. In addition, Stephanie executes partner, principal and VP-level searches for private equity funds.
Stephanie and her team have covered a broad industry base along the west coast in order to stay close to local talent and best athletes in these special geographies. Her industry experience covers consumer (agriculture, products, services, restaurant and hospitality), manufacturing, industrial, and software.
Prior to her career in executive search, Stephanie was a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche in both their San Francisco and Philadelphia offices. She worked in the health care practice on business process reengineering and strategy assignments.
