Dominik Brülisauer is partner-in-charge of Swiss operations and is leading the Industrial and Financial Officers practices in Switzerland.
Since joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2001, Dominik has completed numerous top-level searches for national and international clients. He specializes on cross-functional executive level searches within the industrial sector in Switzerland including the chemical, energy (utilities/alternative & renewable), engineering, machinery and electronics businesses. His additional focus is on chief financial officer searches and on all senior executive functions within finance (including controlling, treasury, tax, financial planning & analysis) in Europe.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dominik worked for Canon Switzerland Ltd in the sales department. He began his professional career as travel/transportation consultant for a mid-sized agency culminating as office manager for a subsidiary.
