Dominik Brülisauer is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Zurich office and leads the Industrial and Financial Officer practices in Switzerland.

Dominik has completed numerous top-level searches for national and international clients. He specializes in chief financial officer searches as well as all senior executive functions within finance (including controlling, treasury, tax, financial planning & analysis) in Europe.

In addition, he focuses on cross-functional executive level searches within the industrial sector in Switzerland, including the chemical, energy (utilities/alternative & renewable), engineering, machinery and electronics businesses.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dominik worked for Canon Switzerland Ltd. He began his professional career as travel/transportation consultant for a mid-sized agency culminating as office manager for a subsidiary.

Dominik is fluent in German and English.

Dominik Brülisauer holds a bachelor's degree in business administration earned at the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich.
