Peter Cave-Gibbs is the partner in charge of the UK operations for Heidrick & Struggles and is based in London. He also co-leads the global Technology & Services practice in EMEA.
Peter conducts searches primarily in the software and systems sector, also leading this sub-practice in EMEA. He successfully completes projects at the board level for companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals, both publicly and privately held. Peter fills senior management level positions that include chief executive appointments, VPs for the region, managing directors, marketing directors, HR directors and chief financial officers.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Peter worked for Quarry Dougal as a consultant in their technology, communications and entertainment practice. Previously, he worked for a boutique search and selection business, where he was manager of their start-up finance practice.
