He has been with the firm since 2001, and commands more than 30 years of experience in business and the executive search industry. Arun, is also the regional managing partner of the Industrial Practice in Asia and the Middle East.
Over the last 16 years, Arun has been a strategic partner to numerous global and Indian conglomerates advising them on their leadership issues and helping them identify and recruit top talent for their businesses. He specializes in the industrial Sector and has expertise in the manufacturing, capital equipments, automobiles, chemicals, building products and transportation & logistic sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Arun was the director and regional head of another leading executive search firm. Arun has contributed articles in leading business publications in the region on the subject of leadership advisory and the management of talent.
