Jon Boyle is a partner in the Industrial Practice, working across the industrial and consumer sectors, and has led the firm's global Supply Chain & Operations Practice in the United Kingdom. Jon is also a member of the global Financial Officers Practice and has over 17 years of experience in recruiting CFOs and financial executives across all industry segments. He is also a senior member of the global Aerospace, Defense & Aviation Practice.
Jon joined the London office of Heidrick & Struggles in 2001, and relocated to Dubai in April 2008.
Having started his career with Arthur Andersen in London, Jon worked in audit and business advisory roles for four years, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1991. During this period he managed audits of major blue chip UK, US and European multinationals and contributed significantly to a number of non-audit/corporate finance projects.
Jon moved into the executive search industry in 1991. During his career he has led searches in the general management and functional leadership spaces. He has a track record of success in recruiting enterprise leaders in UK, European and global manufacturing companies, including the automotive, aerospace, aviation, defence and FMCG sectors. Since 2006, he has been increasingly active in the Middle East and GCC.
Jon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
