Robyn Imray is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Johannesburg office. She is a member of the global Industrial, Life Sciences and Consumer practices as well working in the supply chain and call centre sectors.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Robyn established a search and recruitment consultancy where she had responsibility for all aspects of the start-up from feasibility to development and implementation of systems, staff recruitment and management. As research director and consultant she undertook a wide range of high-end searches in financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, real estate, and supply chain.

Previously she owned and managed an actor's management services company where she gained specialist knowledge in the entertainment and media sector.

Before that, she worked in the London headquarters office of Woodburn Mann, the Johannesburg-based affiliate of a UK executive search firm.

Education

Robyn studied law at the University of Natal, South Africa where she obtained an LLB, as well as a BA in English, history and economic history.
