Professional Profile

Ryan Pastrovich is a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Consulting practice where he advises global Fortune 500 companies on enterprise-wide talent issues. Ryan’s expertise includes customized talent solutions, executive assessment, coaching and development, high-potential leader development, CEO succession planning, post-merger integration, top management team effectiveness, and pre-hire assessments. He is also a member of the firm's global Sports Leadership Advisory Group.

Currently based in Chicago, Ryan has also worked out of Heidrick & Struggles' Sydney office. He has counseled clients on-site across North America and in Europe, Asia and Australia, across industries including mining, manufacturing, financial services and technology.

Prior to working in leadership consulting, Ryan was a member of Heidrick's CEO & Board of Directors Practice. Before coming to Heidrick, he worked as a reporter for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel where he began his career immediately after college.

Ryan is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
