Patrick is a partner in the Consumer Practice of Heidrick & Struggles and has successfully completed numerous general manager, managing director and sales and marketing searches across a broad range of consumer businesses. His focus is on consumer products and retail.
Patrick is the regional managing partner for the CMO Practice for the Asia Pacific region, as well as taking regional and global leadership roles for some of the company's largest consumer accounts.
He has a strong background in international sales, marketing and management, having worked in a variety of senior positions for ArjoWiggins, a global specialty paper manufacturer, for 14 years. During this time Patrick was based in the UK, France, Hong Kong and Japan, and also held responsibility for markets in Latin America, the Indian Sub-Continent, Ireland and Scandinavia.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Patrick was appointed as sales director, Asia Pacific for ArjoWiggins Fine and Drawing Papers in 2000, and global marketing director for Tracing Papers in 2003.
