Liz Ewing is a partner in the New York office of Heidrick & Struggles. She serves as a member of the Financial Officers, Life Sciences, Industrial, Consumer and Private Equity practices. Liz specializes both as a leadership advisor and senior executive search consultant across a diverse client base including Fortune 500, small and medium sized public and private companies, as well as private equity firms.
As a core leader within the global Financial Officers Practice, Liz represents Heidrick & Struggles as an industry expert on financial leadership and CFO market trends. She manages client relationships across industries and represents the firms functional capabilities globally. Further, Liz is a member of the firm’s Global Quality Council.
Prior to her executive search career, Liz served as the treasurer of Ondeo Nalco, a multi-national specialty chemical company. While at Ondeo Nalco, Liz had responsibility for areas including capital structure; corporate finance/capital markets; mergers & acquisitions valuation, negotiation and structuring; cash management/treasury operations; currency, interest rate and commodity risk management; employee benefit plan asset management; insurance risk management; and credit and collections. Prior to Ondeo Nalco, Liz was with Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and Societe Generale in commercial and investment banking roles.
Previously she was board chair for the Westmont Montessori School and a board member for The Girl Scouts of Chicago.
