Professional Profile

Liz is a core member of the firm’s Financial Officers Practice, focusing on senior-level finance positions including CFO, controller, treasurer, investor relations, tax, audit and divisional finance roles for public and private companies ranging from Fortune 500 to small cap. Liz executes assignments across a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, consumer and life sciences.

Prior to her search career, Liz served as the treasurer of Ondeo Nalco, a multi-national specialty chemical company. While at Nalco, Liz had responsibility for areas including capital structure; corporate finance/capital markets; mergers & acquisitions valuation, negotiation and structuring; cash; foreign exchange and interest rate risk management; employee benefit plan asset management; insurance and credit and collections. Prior to Ondeo Nalco, Liz was with Chemical Bank (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and Societe Generale in commercial and investment banking roles.

Education

Liz holds a bachelor's degree in international studies and political science from the University of Vermont and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
