Caroline Apffel joined Heidrick & Struggles' Paris office in April 2005. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Caroline acquired over 15 years of executive recruiting and management consulting experience.
She worked as a consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, then joined another executive search firm in 1997, where she served clients in the technology sector. While there, she was a member of the firm's software & services, information officers, professional services and internet practices.
Before that, she spent three years with the Bank of Boston Corporation helping develop its in-house executive recruiting unit, which was responsible for filling all senior management positions. Earlier, Caroline served as research director, executive search practice at KPMG Peat Marwick.
