Professional Profile

Chad is a partner and head of Heidrick & Struggles’ North American Asset Management Practice. He has more than eight years of experience in executive recruitment focused on financial services spanning investment banking, capital markets, asset management, and operations related positions. Chad specializes in asset management searches and has focused primarily on equity investment professional engagements. He has successfully completed numerous senior leadership, portfolio manager and analyst searches for both traditional and alternative asset management firms in addition to executing and coaching clients on team liftouts.

Chad has completed senior projects for firms ranging from independent boutiques to large global financial organizations and has also successfully completed projects in capital markets related to structuring, origination, and distribution.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Chad was a search consultant at a UK based, multinational recruitment firm focused on conducting financial services searches for leading global investment management firms. Prior to his career in search, Chad was an associate with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York within the equity capital markets group.

Education

Chad holds an MA from New York University in organizational/industrial development and a BA in psychology from Ithaca College.
