Chad is head of Heidrick & Struggles’ North American Asset Management Practice responsible for managing the regional Americas team and conducting global engagements. Chad is also a member of the firm’s global Financial Services Practice and works with clients in the traditional asset management, private equity, alternative and wealth management sectors.
He has over ten years of buy-side experience in executive recruitment and organizational consulting. Chad specializes in working with buy-side clients to develop and improve their talent management strategy, partnering with clients on talent acquisition and retention initiatives. He has successfully completed numerous search assignments for senior leaders in the areas of investments, distribution, management, and infrastructure. Chad has also conducted numerous product build engagements through team liftouts and acquisition reviews.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2005, Chad was a search consultant at a UK based, multinational recruitment firm focused on conducting financial services searches for leading global investment management firms. Prior to his career in search, Chad was an associate with Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York within the equity capital markets group.
