Joshua Clarke is a principal in the Boston office of Heidrick & Struggles and is a core member of the firm’s Global Technology & Services Practice as well as the Marketing, Sales & Strategy Officers Practice. He co-leads the big data & analytics sector working with clients seeking to capitalize on the convergence of consulting and technology by using data-centric solutions to transform marketing and customer engagement.
Since joining the firm, he has conducted searches at the managing director, partner and managing consultant levels for world-renowned consultancies. He has also completed C-level and senior level searches for leading firms across multiple industries with a focus on technology and services. In addition, Joshua has completed numerous executive assessments and coaching sessions with senior executives at a Fortune 50 technology company. Specific areas of focus include analytics, marketing and information services, corporate strategy and innovation.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joshua was head of research at Publishers Communication Group (PCG), a consulting research firm dedicated to working with scholarly publishers and content providers. Prior to PCG, Joshua was a senior research associate with a leading retained executive search firm. In this role, he worked with a variety of clients from early stage, venture funded companies to established market leaders in the financial services, biotechnology /pharmaceutical, and high technology industries.
