Paul Charles is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Financial Services Practice based in San Francisco. With more than eleven years experience in executive search, Paul focuses on senior level searches for asset management, wealth management, hedge fund and private equity clients across North America.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Paul was a senior recruiter for a leading boutique search firm in Northern California. Formerly, in London, he worked for Major Lindsey & Africa as head of their international financial services practice. Paul also worked as a senior consultant with Longbridge International where he focused on individual searches and team build-outs for leading investment banks and asset managers. Paul has also recruited tax, corporate finance and audit partners for the big four accountancy firms.
