Anna Lloyd is an associate principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Industrial Practice. Based in the firm's Melbourne office, she focuses primarily on global assignments within the mining & metals, oil & gas and renewable energy sectors.
Over the course of her search career, Anna has partnered with international clients on assignments ranging from board, CEO and senior executive positions through to functional and operational roles. She has developed specific expertise within the project and construction director functions across all industrial markets for both owner and contractor clients, and has conducted multiple assignments in this area for leading companies such as BHP Billiton and WorleyParsons.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 2007, Anna started her career with an international search firm focused on the mining and metals sector before taking on the role of research manager for the industrial division of a boutique search firm.
