Pedro Rocha e Silva is principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Lisbon Office and is a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice working for clients across many industries.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Pedro worked for Portugal Telecom where he was responsible for different areas of human resources management such as recruitment, training, careers, compensation, performance, personnel administration and internal client satisfaction.
Previously, he worked for Watson Wyatt where he was responsible for the human capital department, developing projects such as competency management programmes, climate surveys, career and professional development models, salary surveys and job evaluations.
Previously, he was a consultant for Andersen Consulting, developing projects related to systems integration, change management and process reengineering in different business areas, such as banking, consumer goods, telcos and government.
