In addition, he works with top private equity firms to recruit CEOs, presidents and chief operating officers for companies seeking to drive lean enterprise transformations.
Brad has conducted searches covering every functional discipline with a primary focus on general management, supply chain management and manufacturing operations. He partners with Fortune 500, private equity and venture capital-backed companies to build their operations leadership teams at the most senior levels across many industry sectors including automotive, consumer packaged goods, consumer durables, financial services, food, industrial and life sciences.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Brad was executive vice president & equity partner with a top 20 generalist boutique executive search firm. He began his search career with A.T. Kearney Executive Search, where he spent nine years as a primary member of their consumer, industrial and global operations and supply chain management practices.
He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
