Nina Kurola is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Helsinki office and is a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice. She conducts assignments working with boards of directors of multi-national as well as national companies in talent management, HR organizational strategy and executive on-boarding.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nina worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory in Finland, as a leader of the people & change practice. She had responsibility for building and developing the practice, as well as leading numerous multinational and national projects including HR delivery model transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, as well as change management assignments in large business transformation programmers.
Previously, Nina had roles at Nokia as business HR senior manager, at IBM Business Consulting Services as managing consultant and at Accenture as a change management and human capital consultant. She began her earlier career as a consultant for Investcon.
She is fluent in Finnish and English and speaks Swedish.
