Nina Kurola is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Helsinki office where she has worked since 2008. She is a member of the Leadership Consulting, Technology & Services, Industrial and Life Sciences practices.
Nina has spent 17 years working with multinational and national companies helping them to acquire, design and develop their top talent, leadership teams and boards.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nina worked at PwC as a head of people & change consulting for Finland, where she led several HR effectiveness, leadership development and transformation projects.
Previously, Nina had a role at Nokia as a senior HR manager where she was responsible for a global unit’s strategic human resource operations. In that role, she was a member of a unit’s management team, and played an active role in several Nokia level competence groups (technology and sales & marketing), HR programs, and organization design projects.
Prior to Nokia, Nina worked at IBM Business Consulting Services (due to the merger of PwC Consulting to IBM) as managing consultant and at Accenture as a change management and human capital consultant.
She is fluent in Finnish and English and speaks conversational Swedish.
