Brian is an associate principal within the Global Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to joining Heidrick, he worked for another international executive search firm where he was a senior associate within their financial services practice, specializing in the capital markets sector.

Throughout his career in executive search, Brian has exclusively represented top tier US and international investment banks, hedge funds, and asset management companies. Brian's niche within the capital markets sector has been derivatives and structured products for institutional sales and trading desks across all asset classes.

Before joining his previous company, Brian was a vice president at the boutique executive search firm L.S. Post Inc. where he concentrated on global markets. His client base consisted of a broad range of investments banks, regional banks and broker dealers. Prior to joining L.S. Post, Brian started his career in executive search at D.S Wolf Group, LLC. in the financial services practices.

Brian holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Miami.
