Anthony is a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice. Based in Beijing, he serves global and domestic clients in various sectors of the financial services industry.
Anthony has 20 years of corporate and financial management experience in the US and China. His professional experience spans a wide range of industries including high technology, private equity, management consulting and financial services.
Anthony is experienced in business and financial evaluation and planning, marketing and sales strategy, credit risk management, process and organization design, multi-cultural management and facilitation. He has provided analysis and support for strategic and operational decisions which are highly important to senior management of large multi-national corporations.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anthony was an associate director at Standard & Poor's, and was responsible for business development in the greater China region for S&P's risk solutions division.
In his earlier career, Anthony held various management positions both in the US and China, at Strategic Decision Resources, Ernst & Young, China-Singapore International Management and Candle Corporation.
