Scott Hensarling joined Heidrick & Struggles as a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice in October 2008, and is based in Singapore.

An American with more than 18 years of experience in Asia, Scott's career has focused on management and leadership effectiveness in a broad range of industries. His experience includes the definition, design and delivery of leadership interventions for senior talent and teams. His particular expertise is in the sustainability of change and intervention in behavior and structure aligned to results in the business.

Education

Scott trained in psychology at the University of Texas at Arlington, and is currently pursuing his master's in coaching with Middlesex University.
