Inge Casteleyn is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' global Technology & Services Practice and heads the technology, telecommunications and services sector for the Mexico City office.
Inge’s practice focuses on leading senior level searches for clients in the these sectors at the partner or leadership roles in IT services, management consulting and other enterprise related businesses. Inge conducts search assignments for executives in a broad range of functions including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief information officer and general management positions, as well as senior level positions in human resources, sales & marketing, and client relationship strategic roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Inge was the business development director for a boutique executive search firm. She focused on local and cross border assignments working with multinational clients in the technology, consumer goods and financial sectors. Previously, Inge worked for DuPont heading the export division of the largest Titanium Dioxide production plant in Mexico before holding executive positions in Human Resources in their corporate head office.
She began her earlier career as a consultant for a major holding company, owner of several Coca-Cola bottling plants where she led the purchase and import departments, specializing in production line machinery and mechanical parts.
