Lúcia Lino is an engagement manager at Heidrick & Struggles’ Lisbon office and is a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice working for clients across many industries. Specific areas of expertise includes organisation and culture diagnosis, leadership assessment and development, talent strategy and management, sustainability strategy and stakeholders management.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lúcia worked for Accenture in their human capital management area, serving clients in various sectors including transformation industries, construction, government, insurance and consumer goods.
She speaks fluent Portuguese, English and French.
