Meenal Jadhav is a principal in the Leadership Consulting Practice of Heidrick & Struggles based in New Delhi, India.
Her key areas of expertise are helping organizations define their leadership requirements in alignment to their strategic direction, designing leadership assessment and development solutions for them, and helping them build the leadership pipeline. She has extensive experience in leading strategic succession planning initiatives and in designing talent management interventions that support strategic/change agenda. To enable these solutions, Meenal brings in consulting inputs and capability in facilitating leadership dialogue, executive assessment, one on one and group feedback and executive coaching.
Meenal has designed developmental interventions around coaching, action learning and group workshops. A key area of interest for her is to facilitate individuals, teams and organizations to get insights that can enhance their leadership effectiveness and enable personal and organizational change. She has assessed over 1000 senior leaders, and has been a coach to business leaders and emerging leaders.
She brings over 16 years of consulting experience and her last role was as a national practice leader in Right Management, India.
