Olivier Boulard is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and is a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles Olivier was in charge of the CEO Impact service line within the Delta practice of Oliver Wyman in Paris for more than 3 years. In this role, he was in charge of the consulting services dedicated to board performance, top team effectiveness, governance design, leadership and talent development, employee engagement and leadership integration in M&A contexts.

Olivier has also worked in leading consulting firm A.T. Kearney and in specialist organisation transformation firm Sustainable, both in Paris. Olivier began his earlier career at Théâtre du Châtelet, the City of Paris opera house, before creating and becoming CEO of LVH Productions, a company producing aquatic circus shows.

Working mainly in Europe and North America and across many industries, Olivier has led or delivered significant leadership, people and organisation development and business strategy consulting.

Olivier has provided both top team facilitation and governance effectiveness consulting services to many top executive teams. He has an extended experience in supporting leaders and their team in leading transformation in the context of post-merger and acquisition integrations or corporate restructures. He also led several board assessment and performance programs.

Olivier obtained his post-graduate degree in culture and arts management from the University of Paris-Dauphine and his graduate degree from HEC School of Management.
He has a strong clinical and organizational psychology background mainly focused on behavioral, cognitive and systemic approaches (Transactional Analysis, Palo Alto). He is an MBTI certified practitioner, and is fluent in English and French, and speaks German and Spanish.
