Chris Bray is an associate principal in Heidrick & Struggles' London office and leads the firm's mobility sector in EMEA. He also conducts searches for enterprise technology companies in the software, web services and hardware sectors.
He works across a variety of small privately held technology and services businesses as well as major multinational companies. He fills senior management level positions that include chief executive appointments, regional VPs, managing, sales, marketing and HR directors, and chief financial officers.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Chris worked for an international executive search firm in their software and services practices for five years. He began his career in executive search working for a UK listed executive search firm in their industry leading CIO practice.
