Elisabetta Bartoloni is a consultant in the firm's global Financial Services Practice, specializing in senior level recruiting in the banking and asset & wealth management businesses in the US and in Latin America.

Before joining the firm, Elisabetta was a managing director at Westwood Partners focusing on investment banking and asset management in the US, Latin America, Europe the Middle East and Africa, and was responsible for the firm’s Latin America executive search practice. Prior to joining Westwood, Elisabetta was a director at J.H. McCann & Company, a boutique executive search firm exclusively serving the financial services industry. Prior to that, Elisabetta worked in the global financial services practice of another international search firm.

Prior to 2000 when she began her career in executive search, Elisabetta worked as a research analyst in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.

Elisabetta is fluent in Italian and Spanish.

Elisabetta received bachelor of arts and masters degrees, both in economics, from the University of Florence in Italy. The recipient of two meritorious scholarships, she spent her sophomore and junior years studying economics at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and finance at New York University.
