Carita Lahti is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles' Helsinki office and is a member of the global Leadership Consulting Practice.
Carita conducts assignments working with boards of directors of multi-national as well as national companies in leadership development, performance and talent management.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Carita was a senior consultant in one of the leading Finnish management consulting boutiques, where her focus was in helping clients in strategy implementation and leadership/talent management. Previously, Carita had an extensive career as a researcher at the Helsinki University of Technology in the areas of leadership and work psychology.
She is fluent in English and Finnish, has a working knowledge of Swedish, and has a basic knowledge of French.
