Nienke Schokking is an associate principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Amsterdam office and is a member of the global Technology & Services Practice. She focuses on international search projects for large, publicly quoted multinationals as well as small and privately held companies in the technology and professional services sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Nienke worked for Royal Philips Electronics, as director of global talent recruitment, to set up and run the global talent recruitment function for experienced marketing, HR and R&D professionals. Previously, she was the HR manager at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, responsible for establishing the HR and marketing departments of their new office in Amsterdam. Before that she was a recruitment consultant at Ebbinge & Company.
Nienke began her earlier career as a business consultant – marketing service organizations.
