Annabel Parsons is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and is head of the UK Leadership Consulting Practice as well as a member of the global Industrial Practice.
Annabel works with international clients across all market sectors, focusing on leadership solutions including CEO succession, talent management and board performance reviews.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Annabel was a senior client partner responsible for the management assessment at a global executive search firm. Previously, she was head of consulting for APAC and EMEA at an international executive search firm. Before that Annabel worked for a boutique consultancy as their director of leadership consulting. Annabel began her earlier career as a psychologist.
