At Heidrick & Struggles, we are committed to supporting women in the workplace. In fact, our own organization reflects that belief -- 31% of our partners and half of our principals are women.
Over the past several months, Heidrick & Struggles has hosted a series of roundtable discussions for women executives to share their experiences and exchange ideas about serving on corporate boards. A summary of our findings can be downloaded here. We've established this site to continue the dialogue we began in these meetings and to serve as a resource for current and aspiring women directors and executives. Here you will find upcoming events, timely research reports and articles on topics of interest to women executives. We hope you find this useful and encourage you to forward any local events or articles to our attention at: executivewoman@heidrick.com. We'll see that they get posted for other women to access.
