The Chief Advisor Network uses similar diligence as we use in our executive search business to match the best executives in the shortest possible time to the needs of our clients. Because those in the network have been pre-screened, we can move quickly to presentation in days. Elements of the process include:
Briefing: Confidential, detailed discussions with the client, in order to obtain a clear understanding of the company, its objectives, and its requirements for the assignment. Should we not have immediate access to a solution, we will not accept the assignment.
Research: Rapid identification reviewing our pre-vetted network and other internal resources as needed; close collaboration on cross-border international assignments among global colleagues in any of our offices in the world's principal business centers.
Interviewing: Identifying relevant executives from our Chief Advisor Network that best match the requirements, we interview and evaluate a select few against the brief as well as confirm their availability, interest and geographical flexibility.
Candidate presentation: A shortlist is presented to the client comprising a confidential profile on each executive with personal details, career summary, track record, informal references, compensation fee details and an appraisal against the agreed specification.
Facilitation: Client and candidates are counseled throughout the interview process; we liaise closely with the preferred candidate to achieve the successful resolution of any issues or obstacles arising. We undertake supplemental reference checks and can assist in the negotiation of the terms of the contract between the client and the executive.
Post appointment: We maintain regular contact with the client and the executive during the contract period.
