Michael Pyles was appointed Head of Global Human Capital for Citadel in January of 2003. He joins Citadel from GE Capital’s Global Consumer business where he was the SVP of Human Resources for two years. Citadel has become one of the world's largest hedge funds, accounting for approximately 1% of all trading activity in New York, London, and Tokyo every day.

Michael D'Ambrose joined First Data as its executive vice president - Human Resources in August of 2003. D'Ambrose joins First Data with nearly 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. His prior role was Head of Global HR for Toys R’ Us. First Data is the world leader in electronic commerce and payment services.

Ed joined Russell Corporation in July of 2003 from Merisant Company where he was Global Head of HR. Russell Corporation is an international consumer products company specializing in active wear, casual wear and athletic uniforms.

Dermot joined TIAA-CREF in May of 2003 from Merrill Lynch where he was Vice President of Human Resources for the Fixed Income Group. TIAA-CREF is one of the US's largest private pension systems, providing for some 2.5 million members of the academic community and for investors outside academia's ivied confines.

Jeff joined Wendy’s in June of 2003. Other professional experience includes time at Nike as VP of Global HR and Walt Disney. Wendy’s is one of the world's largest restaurant operating and franchising companies with $9.4 billion in 2002 system wide sales and more than 8,800 total restaurants.
