Heidrick & Struggles is sponsoring the 22nd Annual Stanford Directors’ College, June 19-21 in conjunction with the Stanford Law School. John Thompson, vice chairman of the CEO and Board Practice will be moderating the panel on “CEO and Board Psychology.” Bonnie Gwin, vice chairman and co-managing partner of the firm’s global CEO and Board Practice will be participating in the panel, “Building a Better Board: Composition, Evaluation, and Refreshment” and Ted Dysart, vice chairman of the CEO and Board Practice will join the panel, “Compensation Strategy: Paying CEOs and Boards.”

Directors’ College is the nation’s premier executive education program for directors and senior executives of publicly traded firms.
