Heidrick & Struggles’ Leadership Talent Management Strategy team develops acquisition strategies that are integrated, holistic and linked directly to our client’s business goals. We identify, attract, retain and develop leadership talent that creates impact through periods of growth, market or geographic expansion, operational re-alignments and downsizing, or technology-driven change.
It’s been more than 15 years since the term ‘war for talent’ was coined, yet many organizations have yet to develop a strategic battle plan for dealing with the shortage of leadership talent. They continue to launch ad hoc and fragmented development and retention initiatives that are disconnected from strategy and have little measurable impact on individual or business performance.
Our talent acquisition strategy helps our clients understand the leadership implications of their business strategy and then prioritize the range of leadership interventions for maximum impact and return.
