Dennis Baden is a partner at Heidrick & Struggles and a member of the Financial Services and global Information Officers Practices. His primary focus is on senior leadership positions at the intersection of financial services and technology/operations internationally. Recent assignments include searches for technology and operations leaders for investment banks, consumer banking and asset management clients across a broad array of functional responsibilities to include CIO, CISO, CTO, COO and senior application and infrastructure leaders. As a member of the global Information Officers Practice, Dennis also conducts senior technology searches across all industries.
Previously, Dennis was a corporate associate at the top global law firm Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo P.C. In that capacity, Dennis focused on venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and securities law. Prior to law school, Dennis worked as a recruiter at a boutique technology-recruiting firm in New York where he focused on senior-level technology roles across multiple industries.
Dennis earned a JD from Boston College Law School and a BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.
