Stafford Bagot is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Dublin office where is the regional managing partner in charge of operations in Ireland. He also leads the engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability sectors there. Stafford has worked with the firm in Dublin, Singapore, and Sydney.
Experience
Before moving to Dublin, Stafford led the firm's Industrial Practice in Asia and the Middle East and was based in Singapore for 6 years.
Stafford has conducted a number of global searches helping chairmen and CEOs attract and secure both non-executive directors and senior executives to form the leadership teams for both indigenous and multinational organizations. His experience in succession planning, particularly for listed and private equity companies, is unique.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Stafford worked in both Ireland and Australia in executive search and market research.
