Christina Cary is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Washington D.C. office and is a core member of the firm’s Global Technology & Services, and Chief Human Resources Officer practices.
She has executed various public/private company searches in the IT services/outsourcing, professional services, business services, telecommunications, data/analytics, healthcare, education, and social enterprise sectors.
Christina has worked closely with various private equity firms to fill executive-level positions within their portfolio companies and assisted in the placement of individuals at the C-suite, senior vice president, vice president, managing director, and partner levels.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Christina provided customized solutions in the private wealth management business of JPMorgan Chase.
Christina is a member of the Georgetown University Board of Governors, serving as the chair of the Nominations Committee.
Christina received a bachelor degree in government from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, and received her master of business administration from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with a concentration in economics and managerial and organizational behavior.
