Lauren M. Doliva

Overview

Lauren M. Doliva, PhD is a partner emerita with Heidrick & Struggles in the firm’s San Francisco office. She serves as an advisor to the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors, and Consumer and Private Equity Practices. Lauren also currently works internally and externally as an executive coach. For nearly 30 years, Lauren has successfully represented clients across a broad spectrum of organizations, including venture backed startups, mid-caps and large publicly held corporations.

Experience

Lauren has been recognized by a number of publications, including the Global 200 Executive Recruiters and Businessweek as one of the industry's top consultants. For seven consecutive years, she was honored as one of the “Most Influential Women in Business” by the San Francisco Business Times, culminating as “Forever Influential.”

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Lauren spent three years at Lucasfilm, Ltd. working with the corporate entity as well as such emerging divisions as Pixar, the Droid Works, Sprocket Systems and ILM.
