Christine Lotze is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New Jersey office and a member of Heidrick Consulting.
Christine was founding partner of Philosophy IB, a boutique management consultancy focused on lifesciences established in 2000 and acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016. Philosophy IB served Fortune 100 companies, focused on helping clients execute their strategies by changing how people work.
Prior to starting Philosophy IB, Christine was director of global executive development at PricewaterhouseCoopers and before that was a senior manager/principal in PwC’s strategic and organizational change practice. She previously was co-founder of Ernst & Young’s European global client consulting People Effectiveness Center. She authored many consulting methods and tools during her tenure at these firms.
Christine is expert in developing business solutions that enable the behavioral change required to implement strategy and improve performance. She is an analytical leader who identifies and develops team member strengths, facilitates understanding and performance in multi-cultural environments, and translates organizational theory into actionable tools and techniques.
Christine earned a bachelor of arts at Wesleyan University in German literature with high honors, a master’s degree at University of California Los Angeles in comparative and international education, and a joint PhD/MBA from University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration where she was a president’s fellow.
