Holly McLeod is a partner in Heidrick & Struggle’s New York office and a member of the Culture Shaping Practice. She brings a strong client focus, innovative thinking, and more than a decade of management, business development, and client services experience to her role.

Experience

Holly serves as a strategic partner to clients and to Heidrick & Struggles’ leadership to plan and architect customized engagements that integrate solutions to enable the best outcomes. She has worked in several industries, including healthcare and life sciences, insurance, and financial services.

Holly served in several roles over her time with the firm. She has strong knowledge of how shaping organizational culture is a key differentiator for her clients, driving innovation, collaboration, and inspiration that leads to improved bottom-line performance. In 2011, Holly helped found Senn Delaney’s healthcare practice in response to significant shifts impacting the industry. Senn Delaney was acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2013.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Holly spent 10 years with Berlitz, an international language and cross-cultural training company. Her experience working with global accounts and project scopes provided her with the skills needed to understand the diverse goals of client engagements, and how to achieve them.

She has served on various professional boards including the Los Angeles chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association and the Charleston chapter of the American Marketing Association.
